I've been a boxing fan my entire life - hell arguably the biggest promoter in MN Boxing lives right across the street from me and his son/my best childhood friend is without a doubt the best boxer in MN ( search Dave Peterson on www.mnboxingleauge.com) and so naturally I saw the TYSON movie, as Mike Tyson is one of my absolute favorite boxers of all time. Reebok x Mita Sneakers has just dropped their most recent collab sneaker. The sneaker of choice is the Ex-O-Fit Hi S.G. Strap. Featuring the "ITS GUCCI" inspired colorway, oestrich and perforated leather, and canvas this shoe is something to look out for. Check out the release on October 3rd. These mike be the first pair of Reeboks i'd get in a loong time.

Jack Threads is a website owned by my brother's friend. It is a sweet clothing website where you can get sick clothes at pretty cheap prices. But it is a very unique website/community as well. The way it works is you go to Jackthreads.com and you sign up using an email address. Everyday they send you an email saying what new items they have and what is on sale that day...if you see something you like u click it, if u don't just delete it. Nike does it again

As a snowboarder myself I was super excited to see this. Nike is killin it yet again in a whole new frontier. They have dominated every single sporting market possible, and I can say designing for Nike is one of my dream jobs. Naturally their boots got the vandal/dunk/force look to them and i'm sure they are super comfy. I have some pretty new boots but these make me feel like I need them, espescially those red zebra striped ZOOM FORCE I. Also Im reppin' the Grenade Jacket as of right now but this first jacket is making me regret that decision.

Ive been slackin

So I know i've been slacking on this whole posting shiznit but now that i'm back on the school grind. Chillin in class I find myself cruising the world wide web with absolutlely no direction whatsoever so I figured I'm gunna give myself a direction. Continuing on, Here are two items that have happened as of late that should be known about. Just a couple days ago David Ortiz was publically found to have tested positive for roids in '03. Doesn't surprise me one bit. Here is a clip from an all time great giving what I believe to be the best sports speech to date. Lou Gehrig was incredible, as well as: Mantle, Munson, Dimaggio, Berra, Williams, Kofax, Ryan. There are so many baseball greats who just played the game, many of which who didn't even "workout" in the common sense as we know it today, but are still today to be considered ALL TIME greats. So lets forget about all the new era crap and remember what the game was really like.



Next up: Eminem, now I know I gave him a post when his album dropped and I only do this again cause he is the only hip-hop person to make enough waves as of late to really mention. Here is his dis back to M. Carey. Forget what they are talking about - I just like this battle, Em is an unreal lyricist. Never forget about rap battles because that is what hip hop was founded on... all the way back to Kool Moe Dee vs. LL Cool J. or Common vs Ice Cube. I feel there are too many of you out there that are not in touch with actual Hip-Hop and Rap. That's why F.C.C. is down with ppl like TruthBeTold of the Tribe cuz the dude is sick lyrically. Soulja Boy I will never support you - just can't knock your hustle.

Eminem- well as you may know slim shady has dropped a new album. I picked it up and it is amazing. For all you hip hop fans - just go get it. I don't need to tell you why, just take my word for it.

Upstate NY is a wonderful place - I had free time all day and ventured around and came to a Mall no different than one that you would find in the Twin Cities. Now I observed somethings, a very tom boyish girl with bigger shoulders than me who smelled like bruit is not a site you want to see! Also I saw something that made me very happy that we all wear clothes and that loin cloths were done away with years and years ago. For a minute I thought I was at the Minnesota State Fair - fupa's are not flattering just wanna be clear on that. In addition to my interesting sights I again saw why FRED CASTLE CLOTHING EXISTS. Many of you ask WHY we do this. The mall is filled with clothes are that massed produced and can be found just about anywhere and to me that is boring. Yes I own clothes that are easily picked up at any mall, however I enjoying having some stuff that is just a bit different. What we try to put out is not only something we believe in and stand by, its unique and that you will not find anywhere else. It is something that is limited. Nothing we do is mass produced. From the graphic tee's at Express to the Nike shoes that are mocking and doing a horrible job at the Jordan 11's all disgust me for the most part.

Metallica, one of my all time favorite heavy metal bands. I finally saw Some Kind of Monster in its entirety. This is a documentary about the trials of making St. Anger. First off I love these guys and watching this makes me love them even more, before i had only seen bits and pieces. I can't explain what all they have done for rock; you just have to know yourself or find out. Thanks JJ back in the day for making me listen to these guys. Here is the music video shot at San Quentin Prison, a maximum prison in their hometown of San Fran. This video is awesome and one of my all time favorites

So above you will find a little video explaining the new Air Yeezy's. I am actually not a big fan of these shoes. I know all you sneaker heads are like having a crazy wet dream over these sneakers-but i'm just not sold on them. Kanye ain't bad, totally full of himself and from a design standpoint, being able to come out with something like this and have that many ppl wanting ur shit....is pretty dope.
